I combine hypnotherapy, behaviour change coaching, and tailored fitness training to help you create results that feel sustainable, empowering, and genuinely enjoyable.     Training that meets you exactly where you are, whether you’re brand new to exercise, returning after a break, or ready to level up. We focus on building strength, confidence, and fitness in a way that feels achievable and aligned with your goals.

  • Hypnotherapy sessions

    Together, we work on the deeper patterns that shape your choices: emotional eating, self‑sabotage, low motivation, perfectionism, or the belief that you “always fall off track.” Hypnotherapy helps you shift these patterns so healthy choices feel easier and more natural.

  • Habit and behaviour coaching 

    No more all‑or‑nothing cycles. I help you build simple, sustainable habits that fit your real life not a fantasy version of it. You’ll learn how to create consistency without guilt, pressure, or overwhelm.

  • Support, accountability, and compassion 

    You’re not doing this alone. I’m here to guide you, encourage you, and help you navigate the ups and downs with honesty and kindness. Progress isn’t linear, and that’s okay we work with your life, not against it.

Every woman I work with receives a completely bespoke programme because your goals, your lifestyle, and your support needs are unique.

Your plan may include hypnotherapy, personal training, nutrition coaching, mindset work, or a blend of everything. I don’t offer pre-set packages because I design your programme around you, not the other way around.

To make sure you get exactly what you need, I offer a free Game Plan Call where we explore your goals, challenges, and the level of support that will genuinely move you forward. After the call, I put together your personalised package and share the exact investment before you make any decisions.

Most clients invest between £300 – £1,000 depending on the level of support they choose.
This helps you get a sense of what working together looks like, while still giving us the flexibility to tailor everything to your needs.



 

The consistency club

Your low investment high-accountability option

If you’re not looking for a fully bespoke 1:1 programme but you still want structure, accountability, and a supportive space to stay on track, the Consistency Club is a brilliant fit.
It’s a lower‑cost option designed to help you build momentum, stay consistent, and feel supported, without the personalised coaching, deep mindset work, or tailored programming that comes with my 1:1 packages.

Inside the Consistency Club, you’ll get access to…

  • Weekly accountability check‑ins
  • A supportive community of like‑minded women
  • Resources to help you stay focused and motivated
  • Guidance to keep you moving forward

It’s perfect if you want support and structure, but don’t need the level of individual attention that 1:1 work provides.

Investment: £20 per month
A simple, accessible way to stay consistent and a great stepping stone if you’re not ready for a bespoke programme yet.

 

1-1 PILATES – personalised movement designed around you 

If you’re looking for a more tailored movement experience, my 1:1 Pilates sessions offer focused, personalised support to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel more at home in your body.
These sessions are completely bespoke whether you’re returning to exercise, managing pain, wanting to build confidence, or simply craving a more mindful, intentional way to move.
