ABOUT ME

Hi I’m Claire and over the last 20 years I have been helping women to lose weight, build strength, and feel genuinely good in their bodies through a supportive blend of coaching, hypnotherapy and personal training.

I live in Worcestershire with my husband and our two children. When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me lost in a psychological thriller or walking along the coast path in my favourite place in the world, the Gower Peninsula in South Wales.

I started my wellbeing business because I couldn’t stand watching women spend most of their lives on diets, feeling like they’re constantly starting again, or being pulled into the latest gimmick that never truly works. Improving fitness and nutrition was only half the story, and I knew it.

What women really needed was support with the why, the deeper patterns, beliefs, and barriers that shape their relationship with food, movement, and themselves. That realisation led me to hypnotherapy, and it changed everything. Now, I help women create sustainable, meaningful change from the inside out.
