This is the time to get back on track after Christmas. To become healthy and strong again. To start increasing your fitness levels and implementing some great daily habits to carry with you for life. Each week will have a slightly different theme and focus.
I will deliver live coaching through the face book group Monday – Friday where we will look at Goal Setting, Building Stress Resilience, the Importance of sleep, gut health and much more. You will receive so much information in a relatable way with practical tips to make long term changes rather than just be on a ‘diet’ for 6 weeks.
You will be encouraged to join in with the group as much as possible to keep you accountable. Achieving your goals is so much easier in a group of like-minded people. People who will spur you on and lift you up when you have a not so great day. The Power of the Group is amazing and should never be underestimated!
Each week you will have a complete plan of 7 different workouts and different protocols to use for your nutrition. We will be using Intermittent Fasting, Time Restricted Eating, Plant based Eating and a Mediterranean Diet.
The workouts are no longer than 10 minutes so that you can easily fit them into your busy day or you can put them together for a longer workout on days where you have more time. You can modify exercises and I will help with any questions you have by using the Facebook group and also through Facebook messenger.
