This will be a 6 week course starting on Monday 10th January 2022.

How the course will run

Weekly 1 hour Zoom Q & A and Group Hypnotherapy session for healthy long term weight management (Time and days to be confirmed)

I recommend joining in with the live session however there is no pressure to join in with the discussion or to have your camera on although it is a great opportunity to discuss any challenges or success with the group.

The session will be recorded and uploaded to your programme area so that you can watch it at a time convenient to you.


Weekly short educational video to support the theme for that week and Challenges to complete to help you implement small changes.

1 x Hypnosis Audio for you to listen to at home which will enhance the work we are doing.

Access to the private Empower Facebook Community Group for accountability and support

Ongoing coaching and support from me via the face book group

Workout library with lots of workouts to choose from including Pilates, weights, HIIT and more

Access to the course and all its content for 60 days
