Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class that focuses on the body as human kinetic chain. By applying the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises, Fitness Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances, improve posture, movement quality, mobility, flexibility, mental cognition and core strength all in a non-intimidating, highly accessible and enjoyable way.
If you are nervous about trying Fitness Pilates for the first time, getting back into or if you would just like to see how a Fitness Pilates class works then have a look at our video.
In 1 minute we will provide you with a quick look at one of our actual classes so you know what to expect.
You will need to download Zoom onto your devise (best on laptop or IPAD). You don’t need an account with Zoom.
Once you have booked your course you will receive all the links for classes via your email receipt.
Each week you just click on the link 5/10 mins before the start of class to make sure that you are set up.
It is up to you whether you have your video on or not.
If you can not make the class at the time. I can send you a recording for you to keep so you can do the class whenever you like. I will need to add you to a whats app group if you wish to view the recording.

Classes are pre- bookable and payment on booking is required £30 for 6 week course.
If you would like to do just one class please contact me via the contact form and I will send you the link for the particular week you would like to do. Cost of one class is £7
